A fun 90 minute taster/practise session.£40 pp. Dedicated wheel with 4 places available to book. Children aged 8+ are welcome if accompanied by a participating adult. Includes a short demonstration on how to make a cylinder at the start (if you need it) and 10 minutes clean up time at the end.

About the event
If you fancy having a go on a pottery wheel or coming along to practise your skills then this is the session for you. It is suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience. The session lasts for up to 90 minutes and includes a short demonstration on how to throw a cylinder for those that need it and then it is over to you to have a go. You will have your own wheel to use for the duration of the session but there may be other potters joining the session as there are 4 wheels available to book.
If you know what you are doing you can just get started instead of watching the demonstration. The pre-wedged off-white stoneware clay is balled up ready for you to get started straight away.
